Meet Amy
Amy Kiernan is the founder of Up Level Coaching & Consulting, bringing 20 years of experience in corporate leadership and coaching. With a decade spent in senior roles most recently at X/ Twitter, Amy understands the complexities and challenges of leading in dynamic, high-growth environments.
An ICF-certified Executive Coach, Amy has worked with professionals across top organizations like Google, Meta, Pinterest, and Microsoft, helping leaders navigate leadership challenges, enhance their presence, and build resilient careers. Her approach is informed by both practical business expertise and a background in psychology and personal development, making her a well-rounded guide for clients seeking to advance professionally and personally. She has a special interest in supporting women in emerging leadership and is a regular speaker on Imposter Syndrome and Confidence at Work for female professionals.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, and currently completing her Master’s in Coaching at University College Cork, Amy also serves as a board associate with the International Coaching Federation. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes authentic leadership, resilience, and clarity, equipping clients with tools to lead confidently and adapt to any career stage.
